Become one of our 24,000 Allstars spanning 25 countries today!As a Legal Intern, here's what your day to day would look like:Supports the day to day challenges across the AirAsia MOVE value chain and all lines of business.Help identify legal risks and alternative strategies in a defined area.Ensure documents accurately reflect business and commercial concerns and are consistent with legal obligations.Appropriately resolves common legacy and liability issues that may have a legal impact.Work as part of a team and with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.Contribute to the team and future legal initiatives with focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable culture of change.Special Challenges:Thrive in a fast-paced, virtual, and diverse business environment.Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.Manage multiple tasks independently under pressure, exhibiting strong time management skills.Embrace inclusivity, collaborating with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and skill levels.Apply strong business acumen to assess and balance reputational risks based on business scenarios.Provide strategic guidance aligned with long-term business objectives.Handle diverse client demands in a dynamic, project-oriented setting.Experience and Qualifications:Whether you're a current law student, a recent graduate, or eagerly awaiting your CLP examination results, we want to hear from you!Fluent in the language of law and commerce, with impeccable written and spoken English.
