Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive to stimulate sales growth in the affordable housing market. The Sales Executive will be working primarily from Mersing, but there will be some work from home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for devising the sales strategy, pitching and generating leads, target achievement, and customer relationship management. Qualifications Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management Skills Experience in the real estate/affordable housing industry in Malaysia Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to identify trends and customer preferences in the affordable housing industry in Malaysia Results-driven and comfortable working in target-driven environments Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate or any other related field Networking skills Experience in affordable housing marketing and sales, an understanding of customer behaviour, as well as the ability to network would be beneficial.
