- To ensure all customers information are acquired, updated, stored and maintained accurately.
- To ensure the requirements of the Sales Quality Standards are met by minimizing errors and breach.
- To ensure all operational procedures are maintained within stipulated guidelines/regulations, audit requirements, compliance and other procedure manuals pertaining to the job.
- A minimum requirement of SPM is needed for this role.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in mortgage products in banks or financial institution is required.
- Proven ability in customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze financial priorities and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs.
- A broad knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs.
- An understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general.
- A full understanding of referral processes.
- An understanding of the Mortgage, Advance and Premier Propositions.
- Excellent sales management skills and excellent understanding of customer need.
- Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A Proficient in English and local language.
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market.
