Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document.
  • Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
  • Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
  • To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
  • Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order.
  • Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
  • Perform daily office general clerical duties.
  • Perform ad-hock tasks if needed.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to perform multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (中文 will be added advantages).
  • MUST willing to work for 6 days.
  • Working Hour: Mon-Sat 8.30AM to 5.30PM
