Franchise Manager (Homy Villa Borneo) – Kota Kinabalu

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network in line with company objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conduct negotiations, and finalize agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional initiatives to drive franchisee success.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise operations and achieving business objectives.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
