About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Technical Product Manager to drive the exploration and implementation of automation processes within our organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define product roadmaps, and collaborate with our development team to deliver innovative solutions. A key aspect of this role involves hands-on experimentation and prototyping, requiring a strong understanding of development practices and the ability to contribute directly to codebases. Responsibilities: Lead the identification, exploration, and experimentation of automation opportunities across various business functions. Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into clear and actionable product specifications. Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and roadmap for automation initiatives. Work closely with development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with product vision and timely delivery. Actively participate in prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and hands-on coding to validate technical approaches and accelerate innovation. Champion best practices in software development and product management. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and future development. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Software Engineer, or a similar role with significant product ownership. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and practices. Proficiency in at least one programming language with a strong willingness to code and build prototypes. Experience with web development frameworks and/or Golang is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API design is a plus.
