Knowledge of CS/PS services, signaling, network protocols, and security. Familiar with wireless/core network architecture and customer complaint handling. Hands-on experience in wireless/core/datacom engineering or maintenance. Basic SQL and database knowledge; experience in DB app development is a plus.
