- Accountable and responsible for technical support, management and solutioning for the Office 365 platform, Exchange Online & OnPrem as well as Mailbox Archiving including but not limited to configuration, policies, features, functionality etc based on agreed SLAs & KPIs.
- Ensuring efficient troubleshooting, researching, and resolution, leading or facilitating investigations and tasks pertaining to Exchange Online & OnPrem, O365 and Mailbox archiving.
- Acts as the focal point of contact for incidents, problems, and changes to the Exchange Online & OnPrem, Office 365 and mailbox archiving services.
- Coordinate and collaborates with internal teams or vendors to actively troubleshoot and identify innovative resolutions to non-standard issues within the enterprise.
- Perform routine system monitoring, health check and maintenance for pro-active management of IT by evaluates and recommends tools for maintenance and monitoring of O365 tenant.
- Supported and implemented projects related to Exchange Online & OnPrem, Office 365 platform & mailbox archiving.
- Understand and apply knowledge of Company environment to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Working with Product Manager to drive continuous improvement on managing and optimizing O365, Exchange Online and Mailbox Archiving solution and process.
- Documents and maintains operational processes and User knowledge base.
- Actively participate in operational ITIL processes i.e., Incident, Change Management, Problem Management, and Availability Management.

- Bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- More than 5-year experience on end user support functions mainly on Exchange Online and O365 platform.
- Demonstrate good understanding of Windows, Office, DNS, AD, LDAP, DHCP, Auto discovery, Mail retention policies, O365 hybrid and client connectivity and PowerShell.
- Possess expertise in administering and providing technical support for Office 365 collaboration services, including mainly Exchange Online & OnPrem, mailbox archiving, SMTP relay and Email
- Hygiene services, such as Exchange Online Protection, along with proficiency in Exchange Online PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge and experience on SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform is added advantages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience, project management skills and updating technical documentation as required.
