Key Responsibilities:1. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to appropriate departments or staff members2. Schedule and coordinate customer visits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience3. Maintain and update customer information in the company database4. Assist in preparing meeting rooms for customer visits and internal meetings5. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide information about company products or services6. Support the administrative team with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation7. Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies inventory8. Contribute to the improvement of office procedures and systemsRequirementsRequirements
  • You are pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
