For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent serviceRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Coordinator to oversee our social media presence and focus on controlling and responding to comments. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing interactions with our audience, fostering engagement, and maintaining a positive brand image.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor comments and messages across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin and others.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, questions, and inquiries from our audience, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of our brand voice.
  • Engage with followers and foster meaningful interactions by liking, sharing, and responding to user-generated content and mentions.
  • Moderate user-generated content and comments to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and public relations, to address customer concerns and provide timely responses.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • strong and current understanding of Youtube, Tiktok, Google, Facebook, and Instagram posting and content moderation rules and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in online interactions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and image.
  • Experience working with social media management tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Fluent in colloquial (everyday language) Malay and English. Added advantage if Chinese / Mandarin.
