- Assist in running his/her assigned section within his/her culinary outlet and on demand in any other area of the culinary operation
- The mission and intent is to take full responsibility and to follow the food quality & presentation of his/her assigned outlet kitchen section and on demand to assist other areas of the hotel culinary operation
- To ensure, that agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed, at all times
- To be cost conscious and quality orientated
- Responsible to comply at all times the standard recipes, quality requirements, stocks, and techniques of his/her kitchen section and within the kitchen outlet and communicates with Chef de Partie and supporting kitchen departments status, shortfalls and trainings needs
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management/ Catering
- Minimum 1 year relevant job experience in similar capacity
- Excellent team player
- Enjoy providing great attention to detail
- Passion for quality and freshness
- Reliable and flexible in undertaking various tasks
- Willing to work shift duties
