Job Responsibility Engage in customer sales activities from pre-production to job delivery for the customers assigned under their accounts. Prepare production job plan and communicate with production floor on the schedule planned, capacity required, and job order to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate and receive customer s material (file-in)for CTP and purchase order from Sales. Check and verify customer's material against SCO and inform/advice customer accordingly. Raise material requisition for each job to ensure on-time printing. Check all ozalids and include/attach/mark clearly all instructions before circulating job plan to respective production units. Monitor and follow through on the job progress and coordinate with relevant production personnel to ensure committed ex-work date is met. Ensure all job instructions including distribution memo are distributed on time to respective department. Provide timely job updates as agreed with customer. Work closely with production floor, liaise with sales team on all recovery plans for all orders with backlog problems or defect issues. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management. Job Requirements Education and working experience Bachelor s degree in management/Logistic/Supply Chain or any relevant. Experience in production planning will be an added advantage. Knowledge in products and material, material requirement planning concept or print will be an added advantage. Skill and knowledge Have knowledge in products and material, material requirement planning concept knowledge. Skills in planning and inventory control. Organizing skill.
