We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Planner who is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely supply of raw materials to support production and business needs. The role plays a critical role in supply chain management, collaborating with MRP planners, suppliers, production teams, Regional Supply Planning delivery and Procurement teams to provide raw material forecasts, track inventory levels, minimize disruptions, and enhance operational efficiency. By using our Global Planning Digital tool, Supply Planners own the medium to long term plan of materials for our manufacturing assets and some 3rd party locations to share forecasts with our key Suppliers, and project risks and availability for the Supply Review in our S&OP Process What you will deliver : Supply Network Replenishment Planning Develop and implement Finished Good supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points, and ensure appropriate dependent demand is placed on our manufacturing and source sites using our Planning tool, Kinaxis Maestro Carry out medium to long term supply network projections to identify constraints and possible mitigations to feed recommendations into the Regional Supply Review of S&OP Support short term DRP deployment planners in facilitating resolution of any short-term constraints Own the process for finished goods stock allocation for the region, based on forecasted demand, service level targets, and inventory policies. Own and ensure appropriate planning data is updated in line with global planning governance requirements (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters) Production Planning Develop and manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Identify medium to long term constraints through carrying out Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the Regional S&OP Manager Work with local Supply Delivery Leads and MPS or equivalent experience planners to identify mitigations and options to resolve capacity bottlenecks, raw material shortages, and demand fluctuations. Own and ensure appropriate production planning data reflects reality, and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Plant manufacturing, procurement and other teams to gather and maintain (e.g. batch sizes, proven and theoretical capacity, cycle times, calendars) Inventory & Stock Management Ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints. Collaborate with deployment planners, production planners, procurement, and PU Supply Planning Delivery leads in the market to ensure seamless product flow. Collaboration & Partner Management Work closely with the Supply Planning Delivery lead, MPS planners, Procurement and plant teams to align production replenishment strategies with business objectives (e.g. Make to order, make to stock) Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by working closely with S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and the S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory Systems & Reporting Demonstrate our end-to-end planning tool to implement Rough Cut Capacity Planning for medium to long term, using Scenario functionality to look at "what if" options to improve service and availability balanced against cost and inventory Track and analyze key performance indicators (important metrics) including plan and schedule adherence, capacity utilization, availability, service levels, availability, stock turn rates, and forecast consumption. Drive process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain responsiveness. Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance production agility and to enhance availability and optimal inventory. What you will need to be successful: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Experience: 8 -12 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries. Proven experience in Supply Planning using a digital Planning tool Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana) Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively with multiple collaborators in supply chain in India and other countries Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.
