
Admin and Accounts Executive

- Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining proper documentation and company records.
- Support accounting functions such as:
- Preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Issuing invoices
- Processing staff expense claims
- Assisting with financial reconciliation tasks
- Ensure all records are accurately maintained and comply with company policies and audit standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors in both English and Mandarin.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting roles.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SQL Accounting Software is a plus.
