Location: Subang Jaya, SelangorJob Descriptions:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining proper documentation and company records.
  • Support accounting functions such as:
  • Preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Issuing invoices
  • Processing staff expense claims
  • Assisting with financial reconciliation tasks
  • Ensure all records are accurately maintained and comply with company policies and audit standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors in both English and Mandarin.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting roles.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with SQL Accounting Software is a plus.
