Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination. Support employee engagement and communication initiatives. Handle routine HR inquiries and provide basic support to employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Participate in HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
