• Possess at least 10 years of experience in the beauty industry; experience with laser treatments is a bonus.
• A highly assertive and proactive individual possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Possess good leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
• Good at strategic planning and must be sales-driven, and ambitious.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor clinic staff to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients, promoting exceptional customer service.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, such as partnerships, promotions, and community outreach.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal within the clinic.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the clinic budget, monitor expenses, and report financial performance to upper management.
• Work closely with the finance department to achieve financial goals and objectives.
