JOB PURPOSE Foster closer communications between corporate HQ, SBUs and public, ensure corporate goals, strategies etc are executed and communicated via various internal and external initiatives and activities Oversee brand and marketing communications development and ensures brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Conceptualise, plan and implement all marketing communication activities and strategies such as advertising, copywriting and preparation of promotional collaterals. Identify and solicit media partners and manage budgets. Responsible for conceptualising designs and creating online marketing content, brochures and promotional materials, emails etc, creative requests of all printed and online materials Collaborating with design, SocMed and public relations teams to create design, infographics and marketing videos Support all marketing activities for Corporate, Rail and Bus project/ initiatives Benchmark various reputable brands (e.g., MAS, DBS, Tesco/Lotuss, etc) to ensure the consistency of brand image, brand narrative, and copy instruction in order to build a positive and prevailing brand identity and legacy. Track and record the performance of marketing campaigns and presenting this information to the marketing department and members of a company's management team Identify the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including reach, engagement, viewership, conversion rates, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction Review and analyse consumer data to analyse effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness Assess the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns Network with potential customers and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company's products and services Support ad hoc requests by superior or as assigned by management QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business/ Communications / Public Relations Functional Competencies: Problem assessment Continuous learning Work planning and organizing Achievement orientation Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) SRF C318/2023
