Implementing projects, as when required.
Provide tier 1 support for global Network infrastructure.
Must be able to remain contactable and performing standby duties (including weekends/ public
holidays) as per roster.
Able to work on weekends/ outside office hours, as when required.
Perform moves, adds and changes to switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN and SDWAN devices.
Performing ad hoc assigned tasks from supervisor or manager, as when required.
Able to understand, converse and write using English language as primary medium.
Would be stationed full time at Bayan Lepas site. Might be redeployed to Bukit Tengah site if required.Job requirements:At least a Diploma in IT-related field.
- Prefer to have valid CCNA, CompTIA Network + or similar certifications.
- Understanding of network fundamentals like VLAN, OSI layers, what is a switch, IP subnetting etc.
- Hands-on experiences in configuring network devices, like switches, firewalls etc.
