- Good experience in developing and managing IT security policy, risk, governance and overall IT security strategic directions
- Good experience assessing and mitigate the risk related to Data Loss Prevention, Firewall, Identity Assessment Management and IT Infrastructure as well as managing daily operations and requests
- Developing IT frameworks, procedures and standard operating documents related to security configuration, patching, governance and etc
- Continuously looking security analysis and risk management, providing recommendation, security controls and service improvement plan to stakeholders
- Lead IT Security Assessment & Audit finding to the managements
- Holding CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO Auditor and other relevant certifications would be added advantage
- Good leadership and people management skills
