Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions Analyze training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with business goals Develop dashboards and reports to track learning progress and impact Recommend improvements to instructional design, delivery methods, and content Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into training strategies Support the implementation of learning technologies and platforms Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership Monitor industry trends and benchmark best practices in corporate training Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development Education & Experience Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Engineering, IT, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Communications or related fields (master's or postgraduate certification preferred) Minimum 5 years of working experience in training analytics or learning and development or instructional design Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning technologies Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights Preferably with direct involvement in people's development (manufacturing specialist training and certification) or in similar setting Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects. Skills Conduct gap analyses to identify skill deficiencies and recommend targeted learning interventions Able to benchmark and trend analysis on industry best practices in corporate training and development Able to lead manufacturing training activities/labor competition independently. Able to collaborate, negotiate and influence other functions (Production, Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, etc.) for training materials, training systems, trainer and manufacturing specialists' certification / recertification process improvements. Analytical thinker and possess a can-do spirit Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in spoken and written English. Able to write and speak Mandarin is a bonus.
