Within the context of Switching & Non-Switching equipment, you will be tasked to coordinate, supervise, advise on service tasks such as installation, commissioning, upgrades, and routine maintenance independently and being able to identify & resolve technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity.
Comfortable with digital/tech tools such as remote gear & usage of various software
Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
Adheres to defined processes and applicable laws.
Contributes to customer satisfaction by performing Service work according to customer order and expectation
Maintains a good relationship with both internal & external customers
Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
Solves problems equipment failure and makes recommendations
Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
Reports unsafe practices and incidents

What You Bring

Degree/ Advance Diploma or equivalent working experience (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) with more than 7 years' working experience
Hands-on experience & knowledge on Electrical / Transmission Products and Services (switching & non-switching equipment)
Have relevant technical / site experience on High Voltage equipment
Must be comfortable handling different technical and non-technical presentations
Able to communicate well within different levels of the organization, both internal and external
Understands that there are cultural differences and copes with them effectively
Ability to improvise and willingness to experience unpredictable situations
Positive attitude to work in challenging environment and in adopting inspiring culture
Professional English required, where additional Asian languages will be a benefit.
Must be mobile both locally and regionally.
