As Helang Phase 3 Redevelopment (HP3R) plan has been approved in April 2023, Drilling department is working on the detailed plan of the operation to be commenced in April 2024. Night Drilling Supervisor is required to oversee day to day operation on the rig. He/she will act main focal of communication and decision making on the entire operation on the rig as described in below Key Accountability. Company is preparing the field re-development campaign (5 wells located in a highly depleted brown field, including one ERD well) with TAD unit (Rig move in April 2024 and demob in November 2024). The candidate shall be a fully responsible for the entire rig operations, and proactively carry out the following duties. The candidate will work in the TAD unit in offshore Sarawak. The candidate will work closely with a Drilling Superintendent in KL office and also work with Wellsite Material Coordinator, HSE Site Leader on rig. Our key activities such as ERD Well, Depleted Reservoir, Workover, Cased Hole Sidetrack, TAD Unit Operation, SIMOP, Horizontal Well with Geosteering. JOB DESCRIPTION Operations Phase on Rig Take a overall responsibility of all day to day operation on the rig including well completion and intervention to ensure no NPT without safety issues on the rig. Full control and full responsibility to prevent and regain control any well control event. To ensure and coordinate smooth SIMOP in place as per SIMOP manual. To ensure smooth day-to-day communication with the rig contractor and service contractors on the rig. To ensure operations are carried out in compliance with safety and environment protection regulations, JX HSEMS and DMS and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and endorse Daily Drilling Report and Operations Look-ahead and monitor and to evaluate well conditions. Prepare next 24 hours program or SID to fulfill drilling program in an efficient and safe manner. Report and discuss with Drilling Superintendent to receive endorsement of plan including SID. Oversee logistic plan and execution including personnel and equipment with Wellsite Material Coordinator and to assist the Wellsite Material Coordinator in preparation of Material Call-out. Be a member of the on-site response team in the event of an emergency and / or oil spill situation. RELEVENT EXPERIENCE : MUST Minimum 10 years of diversified experiences in Drilling activities (Day position should be min 15 years) Minimum 5 years experience in Malaysia out of item (1) Has working experience in TAD unit Has SIMOP experience Valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 or equivalent, Medical and T-BOSIET Available to start working from April 2024 subject to Sarawak work permit and rig schedule. * The rig, Sapura Berani, plan to be mobilized on JX Nippon location on +/- 1st April 2024. * This position is back to back position. Actual roster is subject to discussion. WANT Required experience of ERD Well in Malaysia or nearby area (MD 6000m) Required experience of Brown Field Development where the PPFG are highly depleted.
