- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Develop market in the assigned territory and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified territory.
- Expand sales, build healthy pipelines surrounding our products like PET strap, steel strap, tools, airbags, parts, and services in a competitive landscape by embracing value, solution selling
- Develop Keys Account Customer in assigned territory
- Keep Track of competitors strategy and realign product strategy in market
- Initiate research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Accountable for thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives
- You have at least 15 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Packaging industry.
- The Incumbent will be responsible for the complete spectrum of Sales and sales Management for customers in SEA. We would like to see expansion in sales and opportunities in SEA, expecting this position to drive significant sales growth with a focus in Malaysia and SEA markets, specifically focused on PET strap, steel strap, tools, airbags, parts & services.
