Job description: Job Title Lead, Middleware Management Reports To Head, IT Infrastructure and middleware Role Purpose Responsible for management and support of operational issues for all Middleware applications and platforms in regards to daily applications/platforms operability. Assist manager to oversee the design, development and support of cloud technology infrastructure and systems performance. Key Accountability Manage the stakeholders during the analyzing, development and implementation phase of middleware applications/platforms solutions to meet MAB business demands. Provide feedback, direction and advice on technical solutions related to data integration. Provides consultation and industry-standard solutions to business users in regards of the operation of the middleware applications/platforms. Able to work and coordinate with other operational teams and maintain open communications with business user management to keep them apprised of operational situations that impact or may impact their respective areas. Manage the business users requirement in Change Requests (CR) activities of the middleware applications/platforms. Create and maintain documentation for middleware applications/platforms on the work processes, administrative activities and user's manual according to MAB IT standards and operating procedures. Maintain continuous and uninterrupted operation of the middleware applications/platforms at any point of time. Qualification & Experience Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field with 6-7 years experience in client, project and change management or related fields Skills & Knowledge Basic knowledge of middleware applications functionality in distributing data to other applications. Possessed related IT technical skills such as system troubleshooting, technology terms understanding and SLAs compliance. Good at multitasking, possessed analytical, problem solving, negotiating and good oral and written communication. Possessed strong positive and can-do attitude.
