- Assist to oversee office maintenance and facilities
- Perform reception duty as and when required
- Assist with ad-hoc despatch requests
- Perform general office/administrative tasks
- To undertake any other duties assigned from time to time
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- At least 1 year working experience as a despatch / facilities admin
- Possess valid driving license (both motorcycle and car) with clean traffic record with no traffic summons
- Good interpersonal skills
