- To develop products with strong differentiation.
- To conduct market study research on selected areas in Klang Valley.
- To source for development lands in Klang Valley.
- To prepare sales kit, pricing, car park allocation, marketing plan & budget, and collaterals from sales launch.
- To execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve Group Targets.
- To carry out competitor analysis and detailed market research.
- To carry out SWOT analysis.
- To develop products with strong differentiation.
- To assist in preparation of sales launch collaterals such as brochures, scale model, posters, banner, billboard, hoarding, show unit etc.
- To coordinate sales kits, pricing, car park allocation & other materials for the sales launch programs.
- To implement and monitor product awareness campaigns.
- To prepare paperwork and administration works for management approval and submission to Finance for payment.
