About The Role Are you passionate about creativity and visual design We are looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our team and lead the visual merchandising strategy for all our upcoming RV roadshow from now until November. In this role, you will define, design, and implement captivating visual displays that align with our brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will: Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies. Create appealing and brand-consistent displays for collections and products. Design clear communication guides for in-store product arrangement. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through our stores. Research, propose, and present visual merchandising ideas. Collaborate with suppliers and operations to manage logistics and timelines. Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency. Work closely with the retail and brand teams on campaign visual merchandising concepts. Oversee production and guide retail staff on display arrangements. Liaise with suppliers and source display elements. Travel to stores to monitor and enhance visual merchandising as needed. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. What You Need To Have Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail. Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including retail, branding, and suppliers. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform visual merchandising strategies. Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed. Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field preferred. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
