As an Operations Intern, you will: Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks including scheduling, logistics, and documentation. Support healthcare provider onboarding and coordination processes. Help maintain and update internal SOPs and records. Assist in preparing operational reports and data tracking using Excel or Google Sheets. Requirements Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia) Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
