Job Responsibility Assist Head of Department to drive and champion the overall sales and marketing activities. Formulate and execute strategic marketing and sales plans with aim to achieve sales targets Develop, plan and organize sales activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities; Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities; Responsible to coordinate with real estate agencies on strategies to achieve sales target and objectives Responsible to liaise with mortgages team on loan application Well versed with digital marketing, market research and product planning. To oversee the operations at company s sales gallery(ies) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline Minimum 3 years working experience in property development marketing A high degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communications skills Dynamic personality with problem solving capabilities who can work independently and take on challenges. Flexible to work on certain weekends, if need be. Knowledge in property software system is an advantage Experience with digital marketing and social media marketing.
