Experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage.
Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities.

Basic technical knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, or digital tools preferred.

Open to local Malaysians, willing to work on rotational shifts.

Tanggungjawab

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Meet performance goals including FCR, conversion, NPS, and sales targets.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
