- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher degree in Human Resources, Business Studies.
- Computer literate with good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior executive position.
- Sound knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act, Government Statutory Acts such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Possess excellent networking skills outside the corporation to identify potential talents, external trends, best practices, and recruiter management.
- Knowledge in payroll systems and Microsoft Office skills.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including developing & implementing HR strategies and policies, security control, training & development, managing day-to-day HR support of employee relations, staff communication & counseling, payroll administration.
- Handle company manpower planning and overall recruitment process, performance appraisal, staff benefits, etc.
- Well-versed with the latest Malaysia Labour and Industrial Laws.
- Attend to all grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct, industrial relations & labor issues.
- Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Register, manage & renew all company licenses and staff insurances.
- Oversee the company's administrative arrangements and matters.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks and duties as required.
- Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
