Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at acquiring new patients and increasing hospital revenue. Ensure all marketing efforts align with hospital brand guidelines and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including doctors, the medical enquiry team, graphic designers, and others to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Uphold brand identity and messaging across all communication and marketing materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing for better results. Generate and present regular campaign performance reports, including lead generation, ROI, and key insights. Stay up to date with trends and innovations in healthcare marketing. Support with additional tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience in healthcare marketing or a similar industry is a plus. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
