Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project management principles, material budgeting
Minimum have 5 year(s) working experience as Quantity Surveyor
Major in Construction Field

Responsibilities

To responsible in preparing BQ (Bill of quantities), project tender, PRF (Project Request Form), Cost and Budget
To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and methods in tender pricing.
To monitor all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
To verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers etc, including project claims and expenses within the budget.
To prepare pre and post project budgets, progress claims and cross check sub contractor claims
To ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
To monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are comply as to always protect the company interest.
To source, negotiate and co-ordinate between supplies, sub-contractors, manufacturers, and vendors, and related party
