** Candidate must be fluent in both English and local Malaysian language(s) **Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing project and account management of strategic customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage assigned channel partners or clients to meet sales targets and ensure total customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve business and marketing strategies on Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Electronics Contract Manufacturing (ECM) to identify new business opportunities and increase demand.
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with assign accounts and act as the main point of contact between assign accounts and internal team.
  • Negotiating price contracts with EMS & OEM and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Work with R&D engineers to offer solutions to address customer pain points.
  • Attend sales meetings and conferences and sty up to date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Develop goals and objectives that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates on customer movements, demand, sales forecast and report.
Job Qualifications:​Education:
  • Degree or high school diploma with mechanical/electronics background.
Skills and competencies:
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in electronics component industry.
  • Proven experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is required.
  • Fluency in both English and local Malaysian language(s).
  • Knowledge of Windows applications as well as CRM software such as SAP or other similar software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-driven, independent and result orientated.
  • Ability to travel frequently domestically.
