- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Engage customers in professional conversations and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
- Proactively recommend product alternatives and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
- Monitor quality by listening to calls independently and jointly with the sales manager, providing feedback for adjustments.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met and reporting on sales development and achievements.
- Work closely with the field sales team, especially regarding shared customers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strive for continuous improvement and business development by identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude, high degree of ownership, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Utilize data processing skills, including proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office applications, for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Demonstrate a willingness to travel on a very limited basis, such as attending customer events or meetings.
- Thrive in a performance-driven and result-oriented environment, working well under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Possess at least a Diploma, advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in sales force, office and UCC work, ideally in a comparable sector
- Sales experience and affinity, talent and enthusiasm for outbound sales business
- Experience in dealing with business customers (professional conversation skills, rhetoric and communication)
- Ability to proactively recommend product alternatives in case of non-availability/ and or suggest offers/ promotions to the customers (cross-selling) incl. follow up
- Quality Management & Monitoring (listening to calls independently and jointly with sales manager, reading emails) and providing feedback for adjustments.
- Key performance indicators (KPI) management, assurance and reporting and forecasting; Monitoring of sales development and monthly target achievements
- Ability to work closely with PT field force (esp. regarding shared customers)
- Striving for continuous improvement and business development Problem-solving attitude, high degree of ownership, service and customer orientation
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malay
- Communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationship.
- High affinity to technology and power tools
- Data processing skills: SAP R/3 and MS Office applications (Esp. Excel and Word)
- Basic willingness to travel on a very limited level (e. g. to meet customers at an event)
