- Collaborate with country leaders to address operational challenges and standardize HR workflows.
- Act as an employee advocate, ensuring fair and transparent HR practices.
- Act as the key contact for global HR system rollouts, ensuring adoption in Malaysia.
- Leverage HR analytics to monitor efficiency, compliance, and workforce trends.
- Work closely with global HR teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align HR service delivery.
- Oversee performance management, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
- Manage early talent development and employee learning programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Maintain compliance with Malaysia's regulatory frameworks.
- 10-12+ years of HR experience, with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and business partnering.
- Proven ability to lead HR functions and implement process improvements.
- Proven track record in HR leadership, with a focus on rebuilding functions and managing day-to-day operations.
- Strong project management skills with a knack for driving change and process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's employment laws and government directives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in people analytics and reporting for informed decision-making.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
