Role Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Regional Operations Consultant to support the implementation, execution, and operational success of TabSquare's solutions across our regional markets. You will be the operational point of contact for merchants onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery, helping to ensure a seamless go-live and high customer satisfaction. This role is individual-contributor based, with no people management and no process optimisation ownership. You will be working across teams and markets, applying operational excellence to drive value through project execution and merchant outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Implementation & Operational Execution Coordinate end-to-end merchant onboarding and deployment processes across regional markets. Ensure smooth go-live execution by managing timelines, dependencies, and communications across internal stakeholders and clients. Track project milestones and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and service standards. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the operational liaison between Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams for merchant deployments. Surface region-specific challenges and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Ensure alignment of execution plans with local teams and regional priorities. 3. Merchant Support & Issue Management Own merchant post-launch support operations, including managing escalations and coordinating resolution efforts. Track and report ticket performance, common issues, and follow-up actions. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for recurring issues. 4. Regional Coordination & Reporting Maintain visibility over regional deployment pipelines and merchant feedback. Provide timely reporting and insights on operational health, risks, and delivery KPIs. Support regional planning and readiness initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in a regional operations or project execution role. Experience in SaaS, F&B tech, POS, or similar industries preferred. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently across multiple time zones and teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (to support Mandarin-speaking merchants or partners). Show more Show less
