Job Responsibility Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints. Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc. Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting. Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platforms performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports. Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management). Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks. Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers. Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights. Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing. Job Requirements Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc. Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus. Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia. Creative, can-do attitude & energetic. Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop. Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
