ResponsibilitiesNPI Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:1. Plan project schedule based on project key milestones2. Track project expenses against budget and advise required change3. Facilitate discussion on interdependant activities4. Coordinate the effort in collecting and compiling data needed in goal/strategy setting5. Review KLC checklist and report abnormalities or risk6. Track and report preparation weekly status for each key milestone7. Track and report proto and FPR builds weekly status8. Define FPR build plan and schedule9. Define ramp-up build plan until the point where ERP can generate plan automatically10. Drive and lead the team to resolve any issues to meet promised ship date for first shipment11. Lead cross-functional OF NPI team12. Lead the team to have full ISO audit preparation, compliance & correction action on non-compliance issues13. Lead the team to have full GSA audit preparation, compliance & correction action on non-compliance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
