Able to lead, train & develop staff.
Able to follow and execute any instruction given by company.
Able communicate and interact to all levels with good interpersonal skills.
Able to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, and organization skills.
Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
Able to wok rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.

Tanggungjawab1. Staffing

Hire, train and develop service crew & cashier
Schedule shift and manage staff disciplinary issue

2. Operation

Provide highest standard of customer service
Provide highest standard of food & beverage quality
Ensure outlet cleanliness and orderliness at all time
Ensure all SOPs & KPIs are followed
Procurement and stock management
Cash handling & sales bank in
Thrive to meet sales target set by the company

3. Report & Other

Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly in a timely manner.
Gather useful information and provide feedback as per company request
Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.
