- Gathering, analysing and interpreting financial data to produce insightful reports and presentations
- Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Lead the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and potential issues in the financial data
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the RTR function to increase efficiency.
- Maintain and update the internal controls framework, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, treasury, and AP/AR, to support business requirements.
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an RTR or financial reporting role preferably within a Shared Services Environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Profieciency in ERP softwares and data analysis tools will be an added advantage. (e.g SAP, Oracle, PowerBi)
