Our Client is a globally renowned MNC Shared Services that are a top leader in its respective industry that prides themselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth. They are currently hiring for a Senior Record to Report Analyst.You will be responsible for performing high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support the company's strategic decision-making process. The role will involve coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements within the RTR function.Key Responsibilities

Gathering, analysing and interpreting financial data to produce insightful reports and presentations
Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Lead the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Identifying trends, patterns, and potential issues in the financial data
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the RTR function to increase efficiency.
Maintain and update the internal controls framework, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, treasury, and AP/AR, to support business requirements.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an RTR or financial reporting role preferably within a Shared Services Environment
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
Profieciency in ERP softwares and data analysis tools will be an added advantage. (e.g SAP, Oracle, PowerBi)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
