- Oversee the full sales cycle, including enquiry qualification, business development, contract negotiations, and marketing activities.

- Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Represent the company with professionalism through technical presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within industrial or rotating equipment sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern business IT tools.
