Job Responsibility Maintain daily site situations and monitor site records. Responsible for all inspection and supervisory role over the trade contractor s work. Ensure the works are in compliance with the drawings and specifications. Proper documentation of all activities on site. Witness of all material testing, factory testing. Participate in all site meetings that are required Check and supervise the construction to ensure compliance to the quality and HSE requirements To regularly report to Project Manager and Architect on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or nonconforming works or delayed works. To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts. Defect monitoring/supervising during DLP Participate, monitor and support Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company s QHSE objectives and targets are met. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architectural Engineering and Interior Design.
