The successful candidate will be responsible for financial and statutory reporting, management reporting and costing, forecasting and budgeting, as well as internal control and operation.What you'll do:As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client's operations. You will ensure smooth monthly closings and prepare comprehensive HFM reports. Your role will also involve liaising with external auditors on statutory audits and drafting financial statements. Additionally, you will handle company secretary related matters and prepare detailed management reports. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets. Furthermore, you will prepare internal audit reports, implement corrective actions, and work closely with the sales order team on billing-related matters.

Ensure smooth monthly closing and year-end closing, execute T-code for Controlling Module
Prepare HFM reporting and working papers
Liaise with external auditors on statutory audit and draft statutory financial statements
Handle company secretary related matters
Prepare management reporting and upload standard cost
Assist in preparing forecast and annual budget
Prepare internal audit reports and perform Detective Control, implement and execute correction actions
Work closely with Sales order team in the billing related matters

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Analyst position holds a professional membership in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or MIA. She possesses a degree in finance, accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices. She has at least 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure from both the audit field and commercial environment. She possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills that effectively engage with stakeholders. She thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive financial matters. SAP experience is a must for this role, while knowledge in Business Analysis System, HFM and TM1 is an added advantage.

Professional Membership: Hold a professional membership in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA
Education: Possess a degree in finance, accounting or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in financial principles & practices
Experience: At least 3 years of experiences, prefer exposure from both audit field & commercial environment
Good verbal and written communication skills that effectively engage with stakeholders
Ability to work in fast paced environment: Thrive in a dynamic & fast paced work environment, managing multiple priorities & time sensitive financial matters
SAP experience is a must. Knowledge in Business Analysis System, HFM and TM1 is an added advantage
