Salary: RM 8,000 - RM 10,000Job ScopeUnderstand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes to maintain company’s quality competitiveness.Devise and review specification for products and processesSupervise inspectors, technicians, IQC, IPQC and OQA and provide guidance and feedbackCo-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other manufacturing and support functionsOversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standardsInspect final output and compare properties to requirementApprove the right products or reject defectiveKeep accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis and maintain departmental KPISolicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are meSubmit detailed reports to appropriate executive * Manage Quality Management System (ISO9001) and Certification
- Co-ordinate with customers on quality and customer Audit matters
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Meticulous, analytical, and organized person.
- More than 3 years’, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interact at all levels.
- SAP experience highly desirable
