- Perform monthly expense checks/analyze expense data and high-risk activities for sample selection activities assigned to teams.
- Perform in-depth analysis and audit of travel expense data to identify potential fraud and travel abuse by employees in global countries and ensuring all cases are completed within agreed SLA.
- Identify significant policy abuse and educate managers and employees.
- Identify potential fraud and refer cases to Internal Audit for further investigation.
- Co-operate with external parties (Eg. Internal Audit) for further investigation.
- Review results/trends to determine if changes to policy, application and/or procedures are warranted.
- Provide monthly scorecards to Travel & Expense leader.
- 3 years plus of experience; experience in expense audit & compliance & Travel & expenses
