About the Job To support the development of new products or enhancement of existing products that support Great Eastern product delivery strategy. Support the delivery of new product development or product modification initiatives from concept development to actual implementation and product launch. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all materials are ready for product launch. Lead and provide user requirements of the sales illustration systems. Perform market research on competitors' products, market trend and to conduct competitive analysis. Provide user requirements and coordination of the roll-out of the sales illustration system. Coordinate and perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the sales illustration system and policy contract. Assist in the formulation of sales concepts/ideas and involvement in product launch. Provide product enquiry support - internal and external. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, including application setup / approval and system related administration. We are looking for people with Tertiary qualification, preferably with Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Actuarial Science/ Marketing/ Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of work experience in life insurance industry, preferably with experience in product development. Good interpersonal and people skills, communication skills (written, verbal, listening), time management skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the work environment. Team player with good people management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse people and situations, manage conflict, and proactively resolve issues. Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skill. Strong technical knowledge in life insurance products and knowledge of life insurance operation processes.
