Position Purpose(A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position)
To lead Regional Sales team across the country in delivering business objectives,
revenue and volume goals and executing trade programs in collaboration with agencies, client management team, distributors and wholesalers.Major Tasks & Responsibilities :

Responsible for delivering overall general trade business objectives and sales

revenue / volume in collaboration with respective regions, wholesalers, distributors and appointed partners. Supports execution of key MT plans in all regions. * Leads the annual General Trade business plan.

Responsible for ensuring trade spend is within budgets.
Lead team in National and Regional Business Reviews (BRs) on monthly basis.
Drive sales operations and trade execution excellence by monitoring and ensuring on-time, in full implementation of all agency marketing, client management and trade programs and initiatives.
Co-own all trade programs initiated by agency & client management.
Ensure wholesalers and distributors adhere and deliver on company KPIs.
Develop and grow new business and/or channels.
Coach and support the sales team to execute effectively with trade and/or the

customers.Leading KPI indicators :

Sales revenue & volume
Collection
Penetration & distribution
Execution effectiveness & trade spend
Forecast accuracy

Work Relations :

All internal stakeholders
External partners

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

Minimum a Degree qualification
Minimum 10 years related experience in FMCG industry
Strong experience in managing a general trade sales team, wholesalers, hands on in sales operations and key account customers
Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category/Channel Development is an

added advantage * Good communication and inter-personal skills
