About the role Learner Ally | Career Supporter | Partnership Builder | Community Connector We're looking for a Career Success Associate to join our Experience team. If you enjoy working with people, are passionate about education and nation-building, and want to help learners land jobs and build better careers - this is for you. This is an associate-level role that blends career support, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community building. You'll work closely with learners, employers, alumni, and internal teams to ensure each individual has the tools and guidance to move confidently into their next opportunity. About the Team You'll join the Career Success division within the Experience team. We're the bridge between learners and their future careers - delivering coaching, building partnerships, running events, and making sure no one gets left behind. You'll report to the Career Success Manager and collaborate with Ops, Learning, and Partnerships teams to create seamless learner journeys. Your Missions Learner Career Support Support learners with CV reviews, job applications, and career storytelling. Conduct mock interviews and coach learners on answering questions with confidence. Help learners build job search strategies that suit their background and goals. Provide networking tips and guidance to connect them with relevant professionals. Employer & Partner Engagement Research and identify employers and organisations aligned with our mission. Reach out and build new relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and career platforms. Collaborate with potential partners to explore internship, job, or project-based opportunities. Help maintain and grow strong relationships with existing partners through regular check-ins. Community & Alumni Engagement Help build and maintain our alumni database with updated employment data. Contribute to planning and executing alumni events - from career panels to networking nights. Support alumni mentoring and volunteer initiatives for current learners. Monitor alumni milestones and use feedback to improve learner support strategies. Project Management & Admin Support learners in securing internship and job placement. Track learners' job search progress, milestone achievements, and placement outcomes. Coordinate and support logistics for events, workshops, and career touchpoints. Maintain internal databases and systems with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare reports, learner updates, and partner decks with clarity and care. Career Resources & Programming Develop and update toolkits, guides, and resources that help learners become job-ready. Coordinate career readiness activities and ensure smooth execution of career success programmes. Contribute ideas for new initiatives to strengthen employability pathways. Data & Insights Track learner progress, placement outcomes, and engagement. Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards. Share insights with the team to improve learner support and programme design. Your Profile You have the mindset: You're adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented. You're collaborative and calm under pressure - with a growth mindset at your core. You have the capabilities: At least 1-2 years of experience (internships and volunteer work count!). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Organisational skills with good attention to detail. Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and digital tools. Bonus: experience in community building, coaching, recruitment, or education.
