Support and execute assigned work processes, including the management of materials such as white tents, surplus items, and scrap materials, in line with company standards and procedures.
Oversee and maintain accurate control of temporary chemical inventory to ensure safe handling, storage, and usage.
Manage daily operations of the satellite office and implement improvements, safety measures, and security protocols within the Temporary Construction Facility (TCF) area.
Take accountability for the overall layout, organization, and efficiency of the TCF, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
Serve as the Receiving Authority (RA) for the TCF zone, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external parties to support operational readiness and continuous improvement efforts.
RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP or equivalent qualification.Valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent).Preferably candidates with relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage facilities and materials effectively.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to workplace safety and compliance.
